The Marshall's Story

The Marshall's Jewelers tradition of unsurpassed service, quality and value began in 1923 in Idaho Falls, Idaho by Serge P. Marshall. His son, Richard G. Marshall, opened a new store in Tucson in 1970 where it has flourished into the premier jewelry company that it is today. Following in their fathers footsteps, sisters Rita and Victoria pursued jewelry design and gemological studies at the Gemological Institute of America, at which time the family became the first to have four Graduate Gemologists.

Richard instilled in his children a commitment for uncompromising quality in workmanship and gemstones, customer service of the highest caliber, and above all, integrity. This has earned them selected membership in the American Gem Society as respected leaders in the jewelry industry. Rita and Victoria Marshall recognize that today's customers are more sophisticated and their tastes are more individualized. Today, our stores feature America's top jewelry designers and the world's most prestigious brands.

With their rich tradition and caring, Marshall's Jewelers looks forward to many more decades of service to clients who have a deep respect for quality, a thirst for knowledge and a desire for a trusting relationship with a very personalized firm. We hope that you will allow us to Exceed Your Expectations.
